Women's Leadership Conference

  • A Leadership Experience for Women

    The Healthy, Resilient Leader
    Whatever your “stage” — be it the classroom, a boardroom, a nonprofit or an elected office — Mount Saint Mary’s Women’s Leadership Conference is a forum for women of all ages and career levels to enhance their existing leadership skills and to gain a better understanding of themselves and their role as leaders.

    This year’s conference will focus on the healthy, resilient leader. We’ll learn how it’s possible to work hard but still take care of yourself. Wellness, balance and the ability to de-stress are vital for long-term success, but leaders are all too often vulnerable to high stress, unhealthy habits and eventual burnout.

    Join us for this year’s Women’s Leadership Conference and learn how to become a healthy, resilient leader for the long haul. Conference attendees will:

    • Learn practical skills to effectively lead and succeed both personally and professionally;
    • Network with successful women who will share leadership insights; and
    • Participate in sessions designed to educate, motivate and empower women to transform their own lives – and to transform their teammates, organizations and communities.
