Tuition is $762 per unit for Weekend/Evening & Online College and Low Residency Pathways.
Tuition is $620 per unit for Fully Online Programs.

It could be affected. Students should consult their financial aid advisor before making any changes to their enrollment status.
Do I have to be admitted at MSMU before I can apply for and be considered for financial aid?+-
Yes, you must be admitted to MSMU before you can be considered for financial aid. However, you should not wait on your acceptance letter to apply for financial aid. Please start the financial aid process when you start your application for admission.
What aid is available?+-
Grants: Eligibility for Pell Grants are based primarily on your financial need. Cal Grant eligibility is also based on your GPA. Please complete the FAFSA to determine eligibility. Remember, to be considered for a Cal Grant, you must complete the FAFSA and submit a GPA Verification Form to CSAC by March 2nd.
Loans: As long as you have not defaulted on a previous student loan, you may qualify for a subsidized and/or an unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loan. Loan amounts can range up to $12,500 per year, depending on your class level at MSMU.
Scholarships: Weekend/Evening & Online College has limited scholarships available. Please contact the admissions office or your academic advisor for more information.
Are there academic/merit scholarships for which I may apply?+-
Yes, The Presidential Transfer Scholarship is based on academic merit and is available to new incoming full-time Weekend/Evening & Online College transfer students who possess a minimum cumulative transfer GPA of 3.0 and a minimum of 24 to a maximum of 70 transferrable units. Award amounts are up to a maximum of $6,000 per academic year and are renewable annually, based on a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and full-time enrollment. Please contact admissions for a scholarship application.
Can I still get financial aid, even if I do not have good credit?+-
Yes. Adverse credit does not prevent students from participating in the federal student financial aid programs.
