Mount Saint Mary's University is pleased to host the Southern California Undergraduate Research Conference in Chemistry and Biochemistry in Spring 2019. The conference will take place on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Mount Saint Mary's University's Chalon campus in Brentwood.
We are excited to welcome back Mount alum Sarah Cruz for the plenary lecture: "From the Mount to Mars." Sarah graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Biochemistry and is now a Planetary Protection Engineer on the Mars 2020 Project at Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).
Abstract submission and registration are closed for SCURC 2019. Poster presenters should keep their posters less than 4 feet wide, and oral presenters should be prepared to give a 15-minute talk followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
Presenters have been notified of acceptances and the schedule of events has been sent to attendees.
We look forward to welcoming you and your students to our campus!
