Undergraduate Bachelor Programs

Bachelor of Arts in Music

The Music Core

Music majors take basic core music classes in theory, music history, conducting, music technology, entrepreneurship, piano, and performance ensembles.

This is additional to coursework that fulfills General Education Requirements. Core music classes are taught in a supportive environment with a student/ faculty ratio that allows for greater student involvement.

Degree Program Emphases

Students are also encouraged to choose from one of our established degree program emphases to get the most from their music educational experience at the Mount.
