Support & Education Resources

Mount Saint Mary’s University offers a number of resources to support our students. The following is a list of support and educational resources:

Our tradition of care extends from our founders, the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, whose care of the “dear neighbor” informs the programs, services, and support we provide. As you enter into our community, we want to ensure that you have access to the information and resources you need to make the safest and healthiest possible decisions in college. In support of this, we have implemented a comprehensive online education and prevention training program offered through EVERFI. Visit EVERFI on MyMSMU, under APPS to access the program.

Counseling and Psychological Services

Counseling and Psychological Services offers anonymous self-assessments. They can be used to provide you with insight on a variety of issues, including your relationship with drugs and alcohol. You can also visit CPS on MyMSMU for many more resources on a variety of topics or call MSMU-CPS 24/7 Crisis Line at 310.954.4CPS or 310.954.4277. Note: Not all services are available for all students.

Student Care Team

The Student Care Team is available for all students who seek information, resources and support regarding drug and alcohol use. You can visit the Student Care Team on MyMSMU for many more resources on a variety of topics.
