Group Exercise

Group Exercise sessions are free exercise sessions for students, faculty, and staff. These instructor-led sessions occur weekly on both the Chalon and Doheny campus. The sessions are for all skill levels in a variety of formats including dance, strength, and cardio. Students, faculty, and staff can attend any time or week throughout the semester. For the group exercise schedule of the month, please log in to the Mount portal, and go to the Sports & Wellness page under the Student Life menu.
