Staying Healthy Together


Group exercise sessions are free to exercise sessions for students, faculty, and staff!

These instructor-led sessions occur weekly on both the Chalon and Doheny campuses. The sessions are for all skill levels in a variety of formats including dance, strength, and cardio. Students, faculty, and staff can attend any time or week throughout the semester.
