The Sports, Recreation & Wellness Department offers students, faculty, and staff many opportunities to engage in an active, healthy lifestyle.
Get involved by working out, joining a sports club, taking a PED class, or doing one of many fitness, sports, and wellness programs.

The Sports & Wellness Department manages 2 fitness centers, one on the Chalon Campus and one on the Doheny Campus.

Student Employment Opportunities
Chalon and Doheny Fitness Assistants
Responsibilities: Ensuring the safety of patrons and proper use of equipment in the Fitness Center. Checking ID’s, giving facility tours, and issuing equipment. Equipment and facility cleaning, including laundry duties. This is a work-study position.
Peer Wellness Advocate
Responsibilities: Provide education, referral, and health advocacy services to other students. Help develop and implement new wellness initiatives. Help others make healthy lifestyle choices through workshops, outreach, and one-on-one coaching. This is a non-work-study position.
