Beverly Quaye - EdD

Dr. Quaye is the Education Specialist for University of California Health System, Los Angeles. President and Founder of No One Walks Alone (NOWA), LLC where she provides healthcare consulting and professional coaching that focuses on transformation along with culture change to raise service measures. Former Vice President of Patient Care at St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, CA, a not-for-profit faith based medical center where she supervised a 384 bed acute care. With close to 30 years of experience in the nursing field, Quaye has been Senior Director of Operations Excellence at TENET Healthcare, Dallas, TX and Chief Nursing Officer at Hollywood Presbyterian Center in Los Angeles. In addition to teaching NUR 252 for MSMU’s MSN Program, Quaye is an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA School of Nursing. Known for advancing strategic initiatives, bridging academic-service partnerships as well as the community through innovation and teamwork. Quaye has clinical experience in behavioral health, critical care, outpatient surgery and orthopedics. She has led multiple quality/safety teams. Quaye managed an acute care substance abuse unit. Quaye elevates leadership development and creates high reliability teams that contribute to programs and organizational effectiveness.
