Mount Saint Mary’s has kicked off the spring semester with a new campaign to keep the Mount community engaged and connected as we continue to be safer at home. Under the hashtag #StayMountStrong, the campaign will share inspiring messages from students, faculty and staff, as well as helpful tutorials with academic tips and announcements from the University.
“I know 2020 was a very challenging year for all of us – but you persisted, you rose to the occasion, like the Mount community always does, and you stayed strong and unstoppable. As we embark in the spring semester, let’s remember we are an incredible community that always works best together…so please know we are here for each and every one of you,” said Ann McElaney-Johnson, PhD, president of Mount Saint Mary’s.
The campus-wide initiative also includes a celebration for the entire Mount community at the end of the semester, and fun challenges and prizes for students that will be announced throughout the semester.
Virtual backgrounds and other #StayMountStrong graphics are available in this link to all the members of the Mount Community to use and to show their support during the semester.
