Suzanne Graf's MSN Thesis Project Abstract Accepted at 7th Annual Nursing Research Conference in Long Beach

Suzanne Graf’s MSN thesis project, “The Impact of End-of-Life Care Training on Medical-Surgical Nurses,” has been accepted for presentation at Long Beach Memorial Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach 7th Annual Nursing Research Conference. The focus of the conference is “Transitions In Care: Improving Patient Outcomes Through Research and Evidence-Based Practice” with the overall objective of providing an overview of transitions of care models, discussing evidence based strategies, and exploring ways to reduce ineffective transitions across settings.  Her thesis project was conducted with guidance from Dr. Tori Canillas-Dufau.
