Janis Bote
Janis Bote Presents at Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing “Odyssey 2015 Conference”
Janis Bote received her MSN degree (Leadership/Administration focus) from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 2013. She returned to MSMU in 2015 to continue her professional development and enrolled in the post-MSN Clinical Nurse Specialist track. Her master’s thesis project, “Influence of Emotional Intelligence on Staff Nurse Burnout,” was selected for a podium presentation. The focus of the conference was “Population Health and Nursing’s Role: Ethics, Leadership, and Global Action.” Congratulations, Janis!
