Candice Palmisano Presents at Emergency Nurses Association
Candice Palmisano presented her thesis project, “Beyond the Double Doors: Barriers to Family Presence at the Bedside During Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Invasive Procedures,” at the Emergency Nurses Association Conference in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles conference focused on technological breakthroughs in emergency care and also featured the usage of electronic posters.
Ms. Palmisano completed the Mount’s Nurse Educator track in 2016 and has continued her graduate education in the post-MSN Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist track. Candice is the stroke coordinator for Los Angeles County - USC Medical Center, Department of Emergency.
Her thesis project was completed with the guidance of her advisor, Dr. Tori Canillas-Dufau.
