Kathy Falco, Chair, American Nurses Association California (ANA\C) Bylaws Committee
Kathy Falco mentored the next generation of nurses serving as the 2015-2016 advisor for the California Nursing Students’ Association (CNSA). “Mentoring students to develop the soft skills that employers look for and the health care industry needs to promote change, is another move toward professional success.” Ms. Falco earned her MSN degree from the Mount in Fall 2010 with an emphasis in the Nurse Educator track.
