Education Professor Publishes Article

Carol Johnson, assistant professor of education, recently published "An Inquiry Into the Development of Teacher Identities in STEM Career Changers" in the Journal of Science Teacher Education. Johnson co-wrote the article with Jeanne Grier, associate professor of education at California State University, Channel Islands. A second paper, "STEM Career-Changers in Their First Years of Teaching: A Follow-up Study" has been accepted for presentation at the National Association for Research in Science Teaching 2009 Conference to be held in Garden Grove, Calif. in April.
