Psychology Information Sessions
In order to better acquaint you with our Master of Science in Counseling Psychology Program, we have scheduled information sessions throughout the year. If you will be attending one of the following sessions and/or would like to speak to a counselor please call Graduate Admissions at 213.477.2800.
The Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) programs meet the standards and have been approved by the California Board of Behavioral Science, leading to an MFT or LPCC counselor license in California. Students who wish to practice in a state other than California may or may not have additional requirements to complete prior to applying for licensure. Mount Saint Mary’s University is in the process of researching professional licensure requirements in other states. Contact the Psychology department at email@example.com to discuss additional requirements that may be needed to obtain an MFT or LPCC license in a state outside of California.
