In our community, students, faculty, and alumni are equal parts of a greater whole. Upon entering our program, you’ll connect with alumni and faculty who have a genuine passion for students. In a big city like Los Angeles, it’s hard to find relationships as real as the ones you’ll find at the Mount.
Our alumni are extremely active, coming back regularly to engage our students and to offer networking and mentorship support. This deep connection between alumni and students is a hallmark of our MBA Community and one that offers tremendous value.
Another highlight of our community is the quality of our faculty. In 20 months, you’ll learn from dozens of industry experts who take an active, hands-on approach to learning. While our faculty members are diverse, they all share three commonalities: solid academic credentials, significant business experience, and a passion for helping students.

After I earned my MBA, I transitioned from a job as a staff accountant to a new job managing an international division’s accounting and financial team. This increased my salary by 40 percent! The MBA program also helped me shape my thinking process. I am now a "big-picture" thinker. I used to be a one-subject-matter expert, but now I often find myself involved in cross-functional teams. I’ve rediscovered the importance of education and life-long learning, and have found a new passion in motivating employees to grow and develop themselves.
The MSMU MBA program was a challenging and rewarding experience - challenging in the way that it allowed me to think creatively, strategically, and outside-of-the-box and rewarding in the sense that I met so many passionate, driven, and intelligent colleagues, who have ultimately become my family. The MBA program has expanded my way of thinking and performing in both my personal and professional life; it has truly taught and prepared me to become a leader in the competitive business environment by providing me with the skills, knowledge, and applicable experiences to transform teams and perform quickly and effectively in a rapidly evolving world.
The information I’ve learned in the program has proven to be invaluable. I’ve gained much more awareness of global business. I’ve become focused on change and the impacts of change. Although I’ve had a successful career, I find myself wishing I’d had the insights I’ve gained in the MBA program when I was growing my company so many years ago.
The MSMU MBA program has enabled me to see how external factors impact the realm in which businesses operate. The program is unique because it provides the experience to learn directly from industry professionals.
