Admission
Thank you for considering Mount Saint Mary’s University for your graduate education. Applicants who hold an undergraduate degree are welcome to apply. The student's previous academic record must give evidence of the ability and the preparation necessary for successfully pursuing graduate study. Admission will be based on an evaluation of the applicant's potential for success in both the program and the profession.
Application and admission requirements, as well as entry points and admission deadlines, vary by program and concentrations/credentials, and are subject to change. Therefore, we ask that you visit your program's webpage regularly and contact your Graduate Counselor and/or Faculty Advisor for the most up-to-date information. Admission requirements and available entry points for your program can be found below. We encourage all applicants to submit and complete their applications by the priority application deadlines below. Applications received after the priority deadlines are certainly welcome, and will be considered for admission on a rolling and space-available basis.
All programs require an application, application essay, resume, transcripts from all schools attended and 2 letters of recommendation at the very minimum. Any additional application requirements are noted below.

International Admission
International applicants are encouraged to submit their application and supporting documents at least 4-6 months prior to the term they would like to begin. This will allow for proper processing time to obtain a student visa. Please note that international students are required to submit additional supporting documents than those listed above.
