Looking to take your nursing career to the next level?

Mount Saint Mary's University Los Angeles has been educating nursing professionals since our founding in 1925 – nearly one hundred years ago. That’s why we’re the trusted choice for California registered nurses who want more from their career by earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Our RN to BSN program is designed with the working nurse professional in mind. Our degree program is fully online, making it easy for you to continue your education on your own schedule. And in as little as three semesters, you could be a proud graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from MSMU.

When you are admitted to the Mount’s RN to BSN program, you’ll attend classes on your computer, at your own pace. Programs begin in both fall and spring. Preceptorships are required in your second and third semesters; these are held on weekdays and scheduled at a time that is convenient for you. (Reliable transportation is required.) If you need to complete general study requirements, you may enroll in classes offered by our program.

As with all Mount nursing programs, our RN to BSN Program is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. We are also accredited by the California Board of Registered Nurses, the Western Association of Schools and College, and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing.

If you DO NOT already have your RN license, you can consider applying to the Mount's Transfer BSN or Accelerated BSN degree programs.
