We know how hard it is to let your children go off to college. You're proud of all your child has accomplished, yet you may be nervous or anxious for what lies ahead. They're adults, yet still your children, even if they are old enough to pursue a university degree in another country.
Rest assured that Mount Saint Mary's will help them with their needs, even far away from home.
The 11:1 student/faculty ratio ensures our professors are able to focus on their students and help them develop their talents in their chosen fields.
Our beautiful, well-located Chalon and Doheny campuses have been ranked among the safest in the nation by Niche college rankings.
Living in the residence halls at Mount Saint Mary's is encouraged to help students integrate into the community quickly, improve their language skills, make friends, collaborate on educational projects, and enjoy social activities with fellow students.
A free MSMU shuttle service makes getting between campuses easy. Students can also take a shuttle from the Doheny Campus to Union Station, Los Angeles' central train terminal and travel hub, and from the Chalon Campus to popular spots on the west side of L.A.
International students receive an $18,000 scholarship, renewable each year for up to four years (three years for transfer students), if they are enrolled full time in an undergraduate degree program and maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
The Center for Global Initiatives helps to smooth the transition to MSMU. Once students have been admitted to the Mount and have submitted the required International Student Data form, the professionals at the Center assist them in their pursuit of a superior educational and social experience.
