Employment Eligibility Verification

I-9 Form

Important Information for Student Employees

As a result of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 all employees including student employees working on campus must verify they are citizens or aliens authorized to work. Therefore, an additional form (1-9 form) must be completed by you and certain documents must be presented to us before you may work on campus. You must have these documents with your when you come to the Student Employment Office (Chalon) or Financial Aid Office (Doheny) for a job referral.

You will not be permitted to work on campus until an 1-9 form is completed, so be prepared when you come to the Student Employment Office (Chalon) or Financial Aid Office (Doheny) and have with you the Original Documents as explained above. You must present to us one document from List A OR one document from list B AND one document from list C.
