Graduation Mass

For the Class of 2018

You are invited to a Graduation Mass on the morning of Monday, May 7

9:30 am in St. Vincent’s Church (next to the Doheny Campus)

Graduates must meet in Rose Hills no later than 8:15 am.

Presiding - Msgr. Clem Connolly, Trustee

All graduates - receiving any degree from Mount Saint Mary's University - are welcome, whatever your religious tradition.

What is Commencement Mass? The Mass is the gathering of the community to pray in thanksgiving to God, to sing, to listen to the scriptures, to share in the Eucharist, and to ask God's blessing upon our new graduates.

What time will Mass end? Mass will conclude around 10:45 am.

What should I wear for Mass? Graduates should dress for the Mass as they will for Commencement ceremonies. So bring your caps and gowns, cords and hoods.

Can I bring a purse or personal belongings? You may leave your purses or other items in Rose Hills Auditorium (it will be locked), but to avoid needing to return to pick them up, consider leaving them with your family members or friends in St. Vincent's Church.

Do I need to RSVP? Yes. Please RSVP here by Friday, April 20 so that we can reserve seats for you.
