Welcome to the Doheny Campus of Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles
Nestled into a private, verdant park-like setting just south of Downtown Los Angeles, the Doheny Campus is home to the Mount's graduate degree programs, associate in arts programs, education credential program, and Weekend College – a baccalaureate degree program designed for working adults.
The Doheny Campus opened in 1962 and comprises a number of famed mansions and structures centered on Chester Place, one of the most famous West Adams Historic District addresses. Central to the campus is the Doheny Mansion, a circa-1900 landmark that has appeared in numerous motion pictures and television series throughout the years. Today, the Doheny Mansion is used for events, administration and other campus highlights.
Mount students attending the Doheny campus will find themselves surrounded not only by history but also by cutting-edge facilities purpose-built with their educational needs in mind. The Doheny Library is a jewel of educational architecture, custom tailored to provide the resources and environment needed to help facilitate studies, collaboration and research.
Student housing options in and around the Doheny Campus are plentiful, affordable and well suited to the academic and social lifestyle of the Mount student. Plus, the campus is centrally located to all that downtown Los Angeles has to offer, including Staples Center, LA Live, the Historic Core, Disney Music Hall, Olvera Street, Union Station (connected by the Expo Line, only a few blocks away), Little Tokyo, Koreatown, and the Theater, Jewelry, Fashion, Flower and Financial Districts.
