    A Leadership Experience for Women

For 90 years, Mount Saint Mary’s has developed hundreds of women to become extraordinary leaders. Whatever your “stage” — be it the classroom, a boardroom or elected office — Mount Saint Mary’s Women’s Leadership Conference is a forum for women of all ages and career levels to enhance their existing leadership skills and gain a better understanding of themselves and their role as leaders.

On Sept. 17, 2016, more than 400 women took part in the University’s sold-out, fifth annual Women’s Leadership Conference. Attendees learned practical skills; gained access to successful leaders who shared  expertise and insights; and participated in interactive sessions designed to educate, motivate and empower women to transform their lives, teams, organizations and communities.
