Women's Leadership at Mount Saint Mary's University

The Women's Leadership Program at Mount Saint Mary's University was founded in 1975, making it one of the nation's first college leadership programs for women. Its hallmark has been the Leadership Scholar Program a comprehensive, cohort-based experience with an emphasis on students working together to accomplish change and make a difference for the common good. Today, the Women's Leadership and Student Involvement office seeks to engage all students in the leadership process by providing leadership education, skill-building, and opportunities for action and reflection.
