  • Established in 1925, Mount Saint Mary’s University (MSMU) is nationally recognized for its academic programs and its focus on preparing the next generation of citizen leaders. The traditional baccalaureate program is offered at the Chalon Campus in west Los Angeles. Associate, weekend, accelerated and graduate programs are offered at the Doheny Campus near downtown Los Angeles.


    MSMU is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges and Universities of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The following special commissions and boards have accredited specific programs at MSMU: the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, and the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
